  1. Approve minutes from January 12, 2026 Board Meeting

• Financial Reports
  1. Billing process – response rate/ delinquent – Kim
     1. Establish process implementing established lien and shut-off process

• Old Business
  1. Delinquent payments – Shut-off process established. Working committee’s output went to Jim Ciampa (attorney) for final.  Board adopted as policy by the special board meeting 3/24
  2. Water treatment technician replaced effective 5/1.  Don and Jerry’s Yager Pump approved by the           board via special meeting 3/24
  3. Cross Connection Control Plan
  4. New By-Laws language submitted by Jim Ciampa (attorney) approved by the board 3/24

ii  Submitted to voters and passed 4/8 with 36 yes and 1 no.

iii Revised By-laws posted on website

iv  Site visit by Donny Breedlove/Breedlove Backflow ocurred on 4/15 (contract had been                                                signed)

1. Will likely recommend RP (reduced pressure) backflows at greater risk properties
2. One property of concern with full storage tank – owner contacted
3. Will submit report to us to file in next few weeks
4. FEMA reconciliation update – Bill
5. Valve/ drive over box – Dutro

• New Business

1. Web-site change-over.  Heather McDougal will pick up Susan Kullmann’s web site responsibilities
2. 2025 SWRCB EAR report submitted and approved 4/15.  Request to complete Section 5-B. “Source              Metering and Well Monitoring”
3. Bill and Kevin completed the “annual” tank inspection.  Photos and observations submitted to                          American Tank for comment.  Recommend moving this to DJY for scheduling.
4. The 2026 SWRCB Sanitary Survey site visit was conducted on 3/11.  See attachment
5. Insurance documents completed and new insurance issued effective 5/1
6. Board Member Training – SP note – New board members and those who have been on the board for 6            years or more must complete the free 2-hour online class  AB54/AB 240 Ethics Training – California Association of Mutual Water Companies

2. Communication to Homeowners
