    1. timing/steps on how to proceed with liens for non-payment of dues
    2. document for the Bylaws that aligns with SB3 and update treasurer’s section (pending meeting with Steve, Kevin and Susan)

New Business

  1. Replace our water technician, AJ Piro to retire in the next few months
  2. Cross Connection Control Plan
    i. Extension approved – 3/31/26
    ii. Danny Breedlove agreed to move forward with CCCP.  Estimate a “few” hours, $1000 +/-
    iii. Survey submitted to homeowners – due 1/26
    iv. Reduced pressure zone device – Hoppert (TBD)
     v. Valve/ drive over box – Dutro
  3. Board Elections – Certified by Tony Shoemaker
  4. Board Member Training – SP note – New board members and those who have been on the board for 6years or more must complete the free 2-hour online class:  AB54/AB 240 Ethics Training – California Association of Mutual Water Companies

Continuing Business

  1. New Homeowners –
  2. Communication to Homeowners November 6 – voting for candidates, January 9th – CCCP questionnaire, January 9th – Leak detection
  3. “Year-end memo” – Kb to send (voting results, financials, new rate level)

  5. SWRCB – supply vs. storage – no change
  6. Website update, Susan Kullmann
    After a discussion with Susan P., Susan K. recommends that the Board check with all current Hidden Hills residents to determine whether any have experience with websites, WordPress, or blogging. A resident or residents like that would be a good backup to update and maintain the website if Susan K. is unable to do so.
